What a rich and beautiful spring season this is turning out to be ✨ I'm looking at things blooming everywhere I go!!
We are counting down the days until the Beyond the Veil weekend symposium – a gathering that has been calling us for so long, inviting us deeper into community, honesty, and embodied wisdom. We look forward to welcoming those who feel called to join us into this sacred space.

I was honoured to be interviewed recently on the Radically Alive Women Edgecast, sharing the heart of the work I do in the Red Tent Women’s Movement and the threads that weave us together as women walking this path.
On a more personal note, I’m delighted to introduce you to Whinney, my new medicine drum – the fourth I have made, each one a teacher in its own right. She carries the reminder to stay present, breathe deeply, and receive support along the way.

Looking ahead, my heart is full with the exciting workshops we already have lined up for next year’s All That She Touches Retreat in May, as well as the inspiring conversations I’ll be having with women joining our 2025 Red Tent Aotearoa Facilitator Training. Every story shared is a ripple that strengthens the wider circle.
And before all that, I am deeply looking forward to our upcoming gathering The Power of Art as Medicine with Rosie Mac on 28th September – a chance to explore the healing, playful, and transformative power of creativity.
