Kia ora koutou, In March we had a beautiful circle led by Lori, who completed her facilitator training last year. We spoke about The Power of Energetic Boundaries. It was a wonderful afternoon, and enjoyed by all, it was particularly lovely for me personally, to be held and to receive! Well done Lori, I'm really looking forward to our workshop in May- "Triggers, Boundaries and Truth Bombs" where we will expand on the ideas that were shared in the Red Tent and bring forth some practical tips for boundary setting as well as recognizing our triggers. As a facilitator of groups for over 20 years, I have written the curriculum to be a wonderfully warm, bonding and inclusive experience.

My intention is to encourage you to take your group or circle to the next level with consistency, clarity and firm boundaries.

This work is so important and needed now more than ever, and I believe it's my duty to share the things I wish someone had shared with me early on in my journey.

The goal for Red Tent Aotearoa is to build and hold spaces that invite the women attending to rise to a higher standard than has been modelled for us in today’s society. To make that container safe enough that they can remove the armor.

I feel if we can all support each other to walk in a new way of confidence, community and courage then the shift that needs to happen will do so organically creating a culture of deep caring and connection.  

4. Facilitator training for Red Tent Aotearoa.

Imagine creating a group of women who show up for themselves and lead from the heart.

In this training you will learn everything you need to know to do this. As we do this, we become more aware and responsible for our own growth whilst supporting each other. The world needs more safe spaces for women.

 This powerful inner journey work to meet the divine is a four session package with an overnight stay.

We will look at what may be blocking you from living as fully and authentically as you would like and are guided to transform these blocks using powerful tools. I've been a Reiki master for almost 20 years. I access it daily and find it extremely powerful. 

Have you ever wondered what Reiki is? 

It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Administered by "laying on hands" and based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

9. Public Speaking coach. I truly believe that everyone has a TED talk inside of them and with a little support you can share your message in an impactful and lasting way. Let me help you get over the fear of public speaking and share the words in your heart!

10. Rites of Passage ceremonialist.

In our society today we do not have enough sacred occasions to mark meaningful events in our lives. I create individual rituals and ceremonies to walk you through the important milestones of your life.
