Recently my dear friend Camila returned from overseas and has been staying here at the property.
Camila is a yoga teacher, and has been offering me the opportunity to practice with her every morning.
During these sessions I've come to realize;
a) how much I've missed Camila
b) how much I've missed moving my body on a regular basis
c) how much changes in my life when I do!
As such, my creative juice's are flowing again, my mojo is back and I'm welcoming the many opportunities that are popping up to collaborate and bring you wonderful events!
We had our first Red Tent circle of 2023 last Sunday with special guest Leigh Townsend
It was so popular that Leigh and I have planned to put a workshop on in March (date to be announced) that will elaborate on what she shared.
Our next Red Tent Circle will be facilitated by Lori Rankin who completed her Red Tent training last year.

It’s not always about talk therapy. I use EFT, The Work of Byron Katie, Family Constellations, Mindfulness and Somatic release. The container I create is one of support, compassion and non-judgement.

As a facilitator of groups for over 20 years, I have written the curriculum to be a wonderfully warm, bonding and inclusive experience.

This work is so important and needed now more than ever, and I believe it's my duty to share the things I wish someone had shared with me early on in my journey.

The goal for Red Tent Aotearoa is to build and hold spaces that invite the women attending to rise to a higher standard than has been modelled for us in today’s society. To make that container safe enough that they can remove the armor.
I feel if we can all support each other to walk in a new way of confidence, community and courage then the shift that needs to happen will do so organically creating a culture of deep caring and connection.

I've been a Reiki master for almost 20 years. I access it daily and find it extremely powerful.

10. Rites of Passage ceremonialist.
In our society today we do not have enough sacred occasions to mark meaningful events in our lives. I create individual rituals and ceremonies to walk you through the important milestones of your life.
