Kia ora koutouWelcome to our first newsletter of 2024!

I hope your 2024 is off to a calm start, & that there are many opportunities for connection and relaxation. Andrew and I are heading to NZ Spirit Fest South Island tomorrow (Saturday) so I'm sure we'll be running into many of you there, please stop and say Hi!

I've been trying to take it easy, having lots of naps, journaling, gardening, and enjoying re-reading the Earth’s Children series (Clan of the Cave Bear).It's 37 years since I first read them, and am now realising what a huge influence they’ve had on my life.

I've also been mostly off social media which has been great, and rather hard...

There's a dependency there that pains me to admit, and after not being on socials for a few weeks other than to create the first event of 2024 The Power of Presence and launch the next round of Facilitator Training it's glaringly obvious how these ‘social’ media apps lead to us feeling disconnected and despondent, hence the need for our 11th Feb circle!!

I'm consciously rejecting anything except being fully present with myself and the other people in my life; our time is precious and we are cheating each other if we are distracted. I love creating magical gatherings that fulfil this need for presence in us, it really helps us to become better humans.

Our first event of 2024 is going to be a day of deep reflection, practice and experience.

I'm so excited about spending the day with you on Sunday, 11th Feb at Mary Potter community centre for- ‘The Power of Presence.’

This event is already proving to be a popular one, over half of the spots have been snapped up very quickly, don’t wait to secure yours.

We feel this event is going to be very fundamental to creating the world that you want to live in.

We will be meeting at a new location, The Mary Potter Community centre in St Albans which is where we held the Ascent Storytelling evening.

Together Suzanna and I have created a beautiful day with important processes and practices that we hope you'll love.Secure your spot here either for the whole day (10-6pm) or just the circle (3-6pm)

If you didn’t already know this bit of great news; Suzanna is my new co-facilitator at Red Tent Aotearoa and I am absolutely THRILLED about it!

If you attended Wild Feminine Soul Medicine Gathering Suzanna was the first person you met as our welcome woman.

She completed her Red Tent Aotearoa Facilitator Training last year in April and has been spending quite a bit of time at Red Tent events and the Conscious Creators networking events I run at the Tannery on Wednesdays (beginning again on 14th Feb)

Suzanna is a former Certified Financial Planner and current Intuitive Financial Healer, Mentor and Trainer. Suzanna’s passion is having deep conversations about money and purpose, she is gifted at holding space and loves exploring all that a woman was, is and can be. She supports women to connect with their power, their purpose, and their value so that they can feel safety and confidence with their money and with themselves.

FACILITATOR TRAINING:

Expressions of interest for our next round of training are now open.We are looking for women from:Tauranga, Nelson, Wellington, Rotorua, Dunedin, Timaru, New Plymouth, Napier, Blenheim, Queenstown, and Kaikoura.Help us spread the word!!Now, more than ever, women need to gather in circles as a way of expanding our own personal journey.Doing this with like minded women amplifies your field of possibility!If this training feels in alignment, you will be able to feel it in your body.This training will ask you to level up in many ways.To look at the 'good, the bad and the messy' in order to provide a safe space for women in your community.Imagine creating a group of women who show up for themselves and lead from the heart.In this training you will learn everything you need to know to do this. Red Tent Otepoti Dunedin with Tracey and Lillie beginning on 7th March at 7pm at AYU yoga studio.Keep an eye out on Facebook for Southland Red Tent , Kawatiri Westport Red Tent and Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland Red Tent opening later in the year.
