As we come to the end of another extraordinary year, I want to invite you into a moment of reflection, release and reclamation.

This is the season to end strongly.
To consciously choose what we are not carrying forward.
To leave behind what has not served us, what has drained us, what has kept us small or silent.

We are not taking those stories into 2026.
We are not shrinking, performing, pleasing or over apologising anymore.
We are stepping into our most expansive, empowered and embodied selves.

This is huge.
