Kia ora dear ones,  How is Winter treating you? Are you staying warm and cosy? I've been on sabbatical since May- slowing down to the speed of love. I've been renewing, recharging, gaining new knowledge, improving my mental and physical health and developing new perspectives- spending time doing some radical self-nurturing! At first it felt uncomfortable, a bit frivolous like I was wasting time and that I 'should' be achieving more... Then slowly I realised it wasn't enough to just to stop and say 'No' to the things that weren't for my highest good, like sugar, gluten, alcohol, staying busy, excessive social media and being around toxic people. I learned that it was up to me to start filling my empty cup with things that were good for me- sleeping in, meditating, sauna, yoga, dancing, hikes with friends and reading for fun! This book has been a delightful addition to my sabbatical-

After taking some of my own advice, and understanding that this Red Tent movement can't thrive unless I am well and have lots of energy, I am feeling calm, inspired and ready to launch into Spring! I want send my gratitude and love to my incredible co-facilitator Suzanna for keeping up the momentum over the last couple of months. Her Financial Wellbeing for Women circles in June and July were a much needed deep dive into our beliefs around money. If you missed out you can attend her online version of this same circle on 11th Aug- https://events.humanitix.com/financial-wellbeing-women-s-circle-online Also sending love to Amber for showing up to facilitate her first Red Tent in July on Menstrual Cycle Awareness!

As you'll see below we have lots of wonderful events planed for the next few months. Don't forget to join or renew your membership HERE to receive discounted tickets! The most exciting news of all is that we've just launched the next round of Facilitator Training! Read all about it here- https://www.jillnatalia.co.nz/red-tent-aotearoa-facilitator-training/

Did you know that Public Speaking is one of people's greatest fears?

Well, let's get over that fear and let people hear what you've got to share!

Whether it's a proposal or a poem, an apology or a compliment, a speech or a song, a eulogy or a joke your words are important and the delivery of them is everything.

Too many times I've seen people miss the mark and squander the opportunity to captivate their audience. If public speaking makes your knees knock then lets talk!! Early bird price available now.  BOOK HERE

Now, more than ever, we need to gather in circles as a way of expanding our own personal journey.

Doing this with like minded women amplifies the field of possibility!

If this training feels in alignment, you will be able to feel it in your body.

This training will ask you to level up in many ways. To look at the 'good, the bad and the messy' in order to provide a safe space for women in your community. I'm very excited to be welcoming Steph Mac from Southland Red Tent to facilitate the craft section of this training, as Rosie Mac will be in USA at this time.

Testimonials from past participants:

"The Red Tent Aotearoa Facilitator training has not only gifted me the foundational jewels and framework that I need to hold  a safe & sacred space for women to commune and connect but also the appreciation and gratitude of the inner strength and power of  courageous ‘ordinary’ women paving their extraordinary path. We, Us women, are indeed leaders in our own rights - birthing, nurturing, grounding, forging alliance with the womb of creation. Red Tent is that resounding trumpet calling us to commune in sisterhood, embracing our leadership of guiding virtues of compassion and grace. So it is!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed the Red Tent Facilitator training I took part in, in October 2023. It opened doors to my own healing that I was not aware of. It is not for the faint hearted. Jill's teachings have allowed my own experiences to become the foundation for the capacity in which I can offer and provide a container to allow other women to learn about themselves. I am grateful for the sisterhood that I have been blessed with because of the Red Tent 💖"

"If you are wanting to connect with other women, or are longing for a supportive and safe space to be, and express yourself, share deep thoughts. Look no further you have found a safe place! Highly recommended for self care, growth and connection with women." ~ Ali Hokitika MEMBERSHIP:
